- Can I take deposits to cut down on no-shows?
- Yes. You can set a fixed amount or percentage deposit per service, and automatic reminders go out before appointments to reduce no-shows.
- Can I run more than one shop from one account?
- Yes. Add as many locations as you need and switch between them easily. Each extra location costs £40 a month, and you can view figures per location or across the whole business.
- How long does it take to set up?
- You can be taking bookings the same day. Add your services, opening hours and team, and your booking page goes live on a link you can share immediately.
