No, it works alongside them. Deepsel manages only the agreement ledger and billing, while your existing software handles scheduling, invoicing and dispatch. On the Pro plan, booked visits sync into your schedule and are tagged so you know they came from Deepsel.

What happens if a customer's payment card fails or expires?

Deepsel retries the charge automatically, requests updated card information from the member via email or text, and flags any persistent failures on a single screen for your office to address. Nothing lapses without your knowledge.

Will reminder messages spam my customers?

No. Members receive a brief reminder when their prepaid visit is available, a follow-up if they don't respond, and a heads-up before any charge. You approve the message wording and schedule before anything is sent.
