Do I need a card to try it?

No card is required for the free trial. The free trial lasts 14 days with no card needed. Add one before it ends if you want to keep going; if you do not, the trial just ends and nothing is charged.

What does JobsiteHQ do with my recording?

The recording is transcribed into a punch list and then deleted. The recording and write-up belong to your job and are not shown to anyone you have not sent them to.

Does my client need an account?

No account is needed for clients. Summaries, estimates and invoices open as an ordinary web page from the link you send. They can tap to approve or to pay.

What are the Stripe payment fees?

Card payments run on Stripe at their standard rate of 2.9% plus 30¢ per US card payment, and the rest goes straight to your bank. JobsiteHQ adds no fee.

JobsiteHQ is a mobile app for contractors and tradespeople to manage site walkthroughs, punch lists, estimates and invoicing. Users record themselves talking through a job site, and the app transcribes the recording into a structured punch list. The punch list can be converted into an estimate to send to the client, and later into an invoice. Clients can approve estimates and pay invoices by card through Stripe, with payments going directly to the contractor's bank. The app works offline and syncs when connectivity returns.
