- Is an app required for guests to use LensGo?
- No apps are required. Guests can scan the QR code using their phone camera app and follow instructions to upload photos, or open a shared link to upload directly. As a host, you also do not need an app—you create events, manage uploads, and start the live slideshow from your browser.

- No. LensGo is a one-time payment per event with no subscription and no automatic renewal. You pick a plan for your event, pay once, and that is the end of it. The Free plan covers 50 photos and videos with 7 days of storage and needs no card. Basic is €22.99 for 200 uploads, Plus is €31.99 for 500 uploads with 90 days of storage, and Pro is €93.99 for unlimited uploads with a year of storage. If you run several events a month, LensGo Business is a separate monthly subscription.
- What do I need to make LensGo work?
- You and your guests need a phone, tablet, or computer with a browser and an internet connection. To show the live photo slideshow at your event, open its web link on a connected TV or on a computer connected to a TV or projector. Guests can scan the QR code or open the album link to upload photos and videos. You can print the QR code or display it on the slideshow and share the link via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other platform.
- Is an app required for me or my guests to use LensGo?
- No apps are required. Just scan the QR code on your Photo Slideshow using your camera app and follow the instructions to upload photos. You can also share a link to your Digital album so others can upload their photos directly. This works on any modern smartphone (iPhone and Android) in the regular browser, such as Safari or Chrome. As a host you don't need an app either: you create your event, manage uploads and start the live slideshow right from the browser.
