Wombu is an app and web platform designed to help clubs, teams, and groups stay organized. It replaces the need to run a group through chat by centralizing members, groups, events, and announcements in one place where the right message reaches exactly the right people.
The platform allows clubs to split into sub-groups, manage roles with specific permissions, invite members via shareable links, and track certificates and qualifications. It handles event planning with interest polls, attendance registration, car pooling offers, and price collection for trips, plus calendars that sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
Clubs can store shared files, forms including waivers with version history, equipment with loan tracking, and maintain a log of what happened after each session. The app supports 22 languages, and all data is stored within the European Economic Area with no tracking or advertising identifiers.

- How do I get Wombu?
- The app is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android. Clubs of up to 20 members can start today for free. Larger clubs can join through the pilot program, which offers 10 places with six months free while the company works to make it right for them.
- Does it have to be a club?
- No. Wombu works for teams, choirs, book clubs, school classes, or any group where people need to hear different things. There is nothing to register and no committee to elect.
- Do members pay anything?
- No. The club pays one subscription and every member uses the app for free.
- What if my club outgrows its plan?
- You can change your plan whenever you like. Nobody is removed from a club because it crossed a member limit.
- How do people join?
- Members tap your invite link and they are in. If they don't have an account yet, the link guides them through account creation first. You can revoke the link anytime, and anyone who already joined will remain in the club.
