Can the show include our logo, names, or music?

Yes. You share your logo, names, colors, soundtrack ideas, and references, and Starbound Labs builds a storyboard with you and designs a show that brings those ideas together into a connected story.

How far in advance should we reach out?

As early as possible. Some locations can be approved quickly while others need longer coordination. Allow at least three months for planning where additional permissions are needed, and potentially longer for more complex locations.

Can we see the design before show night?

Yes. Starbound Labs develops your storyboard together using Starbound Consultations and shares a rendered preview at your location and planned show time. You provide feedback, and they refine the design before the performance.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

The team reviews the conditions and prioritizes safety. Weather considerations and applicable rescheduling or cancellation terms are discussed during planning so you know what to expect before booking.
