Outro Party creates interactive farewell games for colleagues, retirees, graduates and others who are leaving. Contributors write two lines and a question, optionally adding photos, voice notes or videos. The platform turns these messages into a ten-minute browser-based game show where the recipient guesses who wrote each message, plays a lightning round, and receives a downloadable film of all contributions with music.

The Basic package supports up to 15 contributors with text-only messages, while the Premium option accommodates up to 30 contributors and includes photos, voice notes and videos. There are no user accounts required—contributors access via private links and the organiser reviews all content before delivery. The game remains accessible for 90 days after delivery before automatic deletion.

Quick answers

Does anyone need an account?
No. The organiser gets one private link and each contributor gets their own. Nobody signs up for anything and there is no password to lose.
How long does it take to play?
Ten to fifteen minutes for a game with ten or twelve contributors, if the recipient reads everything properly.
What happens to the messages after the game is played?
The game stays online for 90 days after delivery and is then deleted automatically, along with everything people typed. Before that, you and the recipient can download the film as an MP4 to keep forever.
Can people add photos or voice messages?
On Premium, yes. Each contributor can add one photo, one voice note of up to 30 seconds and one video of up to 20 seconds. Basic is text only, with messages turned into colourful cards in the film.
What if someone writes something unkind?
Two things stop it. Every contribution is automatically checked for contact details and abusive language, and before the game is handed over the organiser confirms they have read every message and can remove any with one click.
