Access your logo and screenshot
Sign in and go to /account/listings. Find your listing and press 'Edit'. Both the logo box and the screenshot box appear in the editor. Changes to a live listing take effect immediately. On a draft, they stay saved until you submit.
Your logo on file
You control what appears as your logo:
- Upload a new file in PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG format. We compress oversized images and remove embedded metadata.
- Your uploaded logo will never be overwritten by one we pull from your website.
- 'Fetch again' pulls the logo from your own website instead.
- Delete your logo at any time. Your listing then shows your initials.
- Add alt text to describe the logo for screen reader users.
Your homepage screenshot
Your listing displays a screenshot of your company homepage. We capture this automatically.
- If the automatic version does not suit you, upload your own screenshot instead. We will not replace your choice with an automatic one.
- 'Regenerate automatic screenshot' reverts to an automatic capture of your current homepage.
- If we are unable to capture your site, the box tells you so. You can then upload a screenshot yourself.
Across multiple listings
Your logo and screenshot are company assets. A change you make shows on every listing where that company appears on other launch and discovery sites.
Questions people ask
- Will my uploaded logo be replaced if I update my website?
- No. Once you upload a logo, it stays on file and is never overwritten by a version from your website. Use 'Fetch again' only if you want to switch back to pulling it from your site.
- What happens if I delete my logo?
- Your listing will show your company initials instead. You can upload a new logo at any time.
- If I use multiple sites, do I need to upload the screenshot separately each time?
- No. Your logo and screenshot belong to the company profile. A change shows on every listing where you appear.
