Manage which emails you receive

Each notice email shows a one-click unsubscribe link for that notice type. You can also visit /account/notifications to review all notice types and set how often you receive them.

Some emails are always sent, regardless of your settings: receipts, refunds, payment issues, listing holds and security alerts.

Update your sign-in email

Go to /account/email and enter the new address with your password. We then email both the current and the new address; confirm by pressing the button in both emails. After both confirmations your sign-in email is changed, other browsers are signed out and we tell the old address. If you can no longer reach your current inbox, send a request from /help so we can check it is you.

Close your account

You close your account yourself at /account/privacy: choose 'Close your account', read what will happen, then confirm with your sign-in email and password. Closing unpublishes your listings, removes your personal data and signs you out everywhere. It cannot be undone, and paid listings are not refunded (your statutory rights are not affected).

Open /account/privacy and download the full archive of what we store about you.

Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires. How we handle personal data is explained in /privacy.
