Your notification preferences
At /account/notifications you control how you receive notices. For each kind of alert, you choose:
- Channel: Email, Telegram or Slack
- Frequency: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off
Telegram and Slack notifications use your own bot or webhook. Chat channels support optional quiet hours—a period when messages won't be sent.
Notices you must receive
Some alerts cannot be turned off. These are on file as required:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- Changes to your listing status
- A listing held for your founder profile
- A missing badge from your profile
- Security notices (new-device sign-in, email change)
Unsubscribe quickly
Every notice email includes a one-click unsubscribe link for that kind of notice. Use it to stop receiving that alert type without visiting your settings.
