How updates work across your company listings
When your company is listed on multiple sites, one update to shared facts refreshes them all; descriptions are rewritten in each site's voice.

Shared facts update everywhere
When the same company appears in your account on other launch and discovery sites, certain core information is stored once and updated in one place. Change your company name, website, logo, homepage screenshot, founder profiles, team access or billing details—and every listing reflects it immediately.
These apply across all your listings:
- Name, website, logo and homepage screenshot
- Links, milestones and demo video
- Founder information and founder stories
- Team member access
- Notification and billing settings
Descriptions rewritten per site
Your tagline, short description, long description, features and FAQs are written once by you, then automatically reworded for each site in its own voice. When you edit them, the other sites' versions are rewritten to match—same facts, different words. Their search engine titles and descriptions are generated automatically, so nothing needs copying there.
If you want a tagline or short description to differ on one site, you can set it by hand. Use the options next to "Publish changes": All my listings of the company (the default), Only this site, or Choose sites. A tagline or short description marked "Only this site" stays exactly as you wrote it and is never rewritten.
Copying and selecting sites
On /account/listings, use "Copy details" to see where taglines or short descriptions already differ between sites, and apply this site's wording to others. Additional categories ($5) follow the same choice, but only copy to sites that have the add-on.
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch placements and badges stay per site and are never copied.
Questions people ask
- Do votes and reviews copy to my other listings?
- No. Votes, reviews, rankings, Featured placements and badges are kept per site only. Copying affects only core facts and descriptions.
- What if I want one site's short description to be different?
- When you edit and save, select "Only this site" below "Publish changes". That wording stays as you wrote it and is not rewritten when you make other updates.
- How long until the other sites show my changes?
- This site updates at once. Other sites follow as soon as their wording is rewritten. You will receive one summary email listing every site updated.
- Will copying unlock the extra categories add-on on other sites?
- No. Copying only applies your categories to listings that already have the extra categories add-on ($5). Sites without the add-on are skipped.
