Sit Meditation

Sit is a meditation app with no pre-recorded library. Instead of browsing existing sessions, you tell Sit what's on your mind and it generates a fresh meditation for you in seconds. You personalize everything: choose your session length, meditation style, guidance level, voice, and soundscape, then Sit's AI writes the script and a natural voice narrates it.

Each session is unique and created specifically for that moment. The sessions are written with AI and spoken by AI voices, built on meditation structures shaped and reviewed by the two founders. You can save sessions you love and replay them, but each new session generated will be different.

Sit offers both free and premium plans. The free tier includes one generated session per day up to 20 minutes, all meditation styles, four guidance levels, and core soundscapes. Premium adds unlimited session generation, sessions up to 60 minutes, all eight guide voices, every soundscape, and offline playback of saved sessions.

The app is available on iOS, Android, and web. Sit supports twelve languages from day one: English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, Hindi, Chinese, Korean, and Polish. Sessions are generated natively in your language, never translated.
