Snapveil operates on a one-time payment model per event with three tiers: Free (250 photos, 2 months storage), Pro (2,000 photos with video support, 12 months storage), and Ultra (10,000 photos with advanced AI features, 24 months storage). The service is available in five languages and includes features like custom albums, password protection, and automatic duplicate detection.

- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Snapveil has no subscriptions. You pay once per event and keep access for the booked duration. No hidden costs, no automatic renewals.
- Do guests need to install an app?
- No. Guests scan the QR code and upload photos directly in their browser, plus videos from Pro. They do not need an app or an account.
- How long are my photos and videos stored?
- Free events stay available for two months. Pro stores photos and videos for twelve months, Ultra for 24 months. Storage can be extended by another twelve months.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. The server is in Germany, and photos and videos are stored encrypted in the EU. Your gallery is private and cannot be found publicly. We do not sell data, show no ads and do not train AI on your photos.
- What does Snapveil cost?
- You pay once per event, with no subscription. Free includes 250 photos and two months of storage; videos are not included. Pro costs €29.90 for 2,000 photos and up to 10 videos. Ultra costs €59.90 for 10,000 photos and up to 30 videos.
