How do sponsorships work on Business Listing Info?
Three sponsorship options place your company in prominent spots. Slots fill one at a time; you see your exact dates before paying.

What you can sponsor
Three placements are on offer:
- Homepage: $49 puts your company in the sole Sponsored slot on the homepage.
- Category: $19 places your company at the top of your listing's category page.
- Newsletter: $29 reserves the Sponsored position in one issue of the weekly newsletter.
The homepage and category slots run for 7 days; the newsletter slot is one issue. All sponsored placements carry a Sponsored label, and links are marked as sponsored. Sponsorship does not alter votes or rankings.
Booking and timing
Only one sponsor occupies each slot at any given time. When you book on /sponsor, the system shows you the exact dates your run would start and end. If the slot is free, you begin at once. If another sponsor is currently active there, your run queues after theirs concludes.
You need a listing that is live or reserved in a launch week in order to sponsor. Book through /sponsor by selecting your listing, or go to /account/listings and choose from Upgrades and extras. You can also add a sponsorship during submission.
Tracking results
Once payment clears, /account/sponsorships shows each sponsorship as live, scheduled or ended. You can see the dates it ran and how many times it received views and clicks.

- Yes. On /sponsor and again in your cart, the exact start and end dates appear. If another company is already sponsoring, yours queues to begin when theirs finishes.
- Does sponsorship affect my listing's ranking or votes?
- No. Sponsorship is a paid placement only. It does not change votes or move your position in any ranking.
- Where do I find information on my active sponsorships?
- Go to /account/sponsorships. Each sponsorship shows whether it is live, scheduled for later or ended, along with its dates and the number of views and clicks it received.
