Once you have paid, the sale is final. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Two reasons, two outcomes
When our team takes down a paid listing, they choose one of two reasons, and each has a fixed outcome. Our decision or our mistake: a full automatic refund of every payment for the listing to the original payment method, plus a credit note. Rule-breaking listings (against the terms or the acceptable use policy) are not refunded at all, add-ons and multi-site listings included. The paid items come off the site, and we tell you.
More than one site
Only one site's listing from a multi-site purchase taken down by our decision? That site's share comes back; the others remain live. A crypto refund is sent by hand to the wallet address you give us.
Disputes and reversals
If you dispute or reverse a payment, the purchases in that order are taken down during the dispute and may be restored if it ends in our favour.
Good to know
First-order promo codes become usable again after a full refund. With two Featured orders on one listing, refunding one takes off only its own days; the other order keeps its days. The dates of a refunded sponsorship are put back on sale.
